St Vincent releases guitar for women with “room for breasts”

Annie Clarke, better known as the kickass, genre-bending musician St Vincent (oh, and SHE’S CARA DELEVINGNE’S GIRLFRIEND) has released a female friendly guitar with “room for breasts”.

A collaboration with the guitar manufacturer Ernie Ball, Clarke said the instrument’s main purpose was to help with the often cumbersome weight most electric guitars carry.

“For me a guitar that is not too heavy is really important because I’m not a very big person,” she told Guitar World. “I can’t even play a Sixties Strat or Seventies Les Paul. I would need to travel with a chiropractor on tour in order to play those guitars.”

In a post on her Instagram account, Clarke also cheekily said the guitar had “room for a breast… or two.”
