This Thursday’s Archer talk: “Sex in the public eye”

Whaddya doing on Thursday night? Nothing? Whanna go on a date with us at the Bearded Tit Heaps Gay Pop up Patio Bar n Darlo?

We’ll be doing a sick panel discussion with our friends at Archer Magazine called “This is How We Do It: Sex in the Public Eye”.

Amy Middelton, founding editor of Archer, will be chatting to journalists and artists about how different identities are represented in Australian culture in 2016.

We’ll ask the tough questions: when have you compromised your politics for commercial success? How viable is independent media and entertainment, really? Why discuss your identity at work? What makes the mainstream sit up and listen?

Oh and there’s an awesome bunch of people who’ll be speaking on the panel: Benjamin Law, Jordan Raskopoulos, Monique Schafter and our own James Branson. Yay!

It starts at 6pm at the Bearded Tit Pop Up Rooftop Patio @ Captain Cook Hotel in Paddington and tix are only five bucks. GET ON IT.
