Ex-Neo Nazi claims he was raped by marriage equality supporters

By Samuel Leighton-Dore

In a truly bizarre and confusing online display, an ex-Neo Nazi Melbourne man by the name of Neil Erikson has today taken to Facebook with a video sharing his planned legal action against LGBTIQ+ radio station Joy 94.9 after an alleged “digital rape” at an Equal Love rally earlier this year.

According to Erikson, he was offered an interview on the station’s radio program The Informer, but insisted on speaking live – while the producers advised the interview was planned for a pre-recorded segment. Declining their offer to speak pre-recorded, Erikson says the hosts proceeded to laugh about his alleged rape in the final segment which went to air.

And now he wants to sue.

In the video uploaded to his FB Page, Erikson accuses “pro gay marriage protestors” of setting upon him, kicking him in the head, removing his pants and penetrating his anus with a finger – all while policemen watched on nearby.

However, Heaps Gay has today obtained photographs of the incident which appear to show Erikson’s pants held firmly above-the-bottom by a belt. We’ll let you make up your mind for yourself.

“I was set upon by pro-gay marriage protestors. They proceeded to attack me. They dragged me to ground, kicked me in the head, kicked me in my ribs, split my forehead open. They also proceeded to pull down my jeans, I thought they were trying to steal my wallet or my phone, so I’ve grabbed onto my pockets but they continued to pull them down further. One of these guys, one of these pro gay marriage protestors, proceeded to stick his finger into my anus. This is called digital rape. It’s not sexual assault – once it enters your anus, it’s considered rape.

Since then I expected more from the gay community, I expected them to kind of leave me alone. Something bad happened at one of their protests, at the most don’t mock me. But they have. They’ve mocked me since the incident. They’ve mocked rape. Whether or not they agree with my politics, they consider it funny to mock a rape victim. There have been numerous posts claiming that now I’m gay because I’ve received  raping in my asshole.”

Heaps Gay spoke to equality campaigner and witness to the alleged assault, Michael Barnett (who gets a personal mention in the above video) this evening.

According to Barnett, the rally, which was protesting the Australian Christian Lobby, was interrupted by a group of masked self-identifying Anarchists chanting unintelligibly.

“All of a sudden out of nowhere one person started running out of this group of people, which was when Erikson was set upon,” he tells HG.

“I was standing in the middle of the road, taking photos of the Equal Love rally which was situated separately on the church steps. The punches were thrown between Neil and the group of Anarchists.”

“At one point Erikson seemed to be pulling his shirt down – he had become topless – and his pants had sort of slipped slightly. I didn’t see his pants come off. I certainly would have remembered that. It all happened so quickly, I’d be absolutely mind blown if anyone had the time to remove his pants and digitally rape him.”

“There was absolutely no time for that – no possible opportunity. It just didn’t happen, it couldn’t have happened.”

Regardless, Erkison and his band of FB mates aren’t happy – and it seems they’re taking it out on the entire LGBTIQ+ community.
